Description: The enlargement of VHI Healthcare offices and restoration and adaptive re-use of Presbyterian Scots Church on Abbey Street, Dublin 1 .The seven storey in-situ concrete core structure contains the passenger lift, circulation stairs, emergency stairs and AOV smoke shaft and plantroom and combines functional use and an integral restraint point of the exoskeleton steel frame and structural steel floor beams.
