Description: The Hampstead Building at Carrickmines consists of a LEED Gold 4 storey office block over single storey basement. GDC were employed by Walls Construction Ltd. to provide 5 floors of a reinforced concrete frame over a single storey basement. The finished project paints an impressive picture with its 6.42m floor to ceiling height and exudes high quaity craftsmanship and detailing.
